First Aid Kit announce third and final Melbourne show
To satisfy huge demand, Swedish duo FIRST AID KIT have announced they will play a third and final Melbourne show on their Australian visit next April. The band adds an all-ages performance at Melbourne Recital Centre’s Elisabeth Murdoch Hall on Saturday 7 th April, rounding out three back- to-back Melbourne dates.
The singer-songwriters will also take in an all ages show at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Tuesday 3 rd April, along with an appearance at the 29 th Annual Byron Bay Bluesfest 2018. With both Croxton Bandroom shows now completely sold out, First Aid Kit’s Melbourne Recital Centre appearance will be the last opportunity for Victorian fans to experience the band’s brand new music live. Tickets will go on sale on Friday 17 th November at 9am AEDT.
First Aid Kit unveiled the stunning music video for latest single ‘It’s A Shame’ last month, together with extensive US and UK tour dates for 2018. Watch the video here. It’s the first single from the band’s forthcoming fourth studio album, due for release next year.
Joined by special guest Stella Donnelly on their upcoming Australian dates, First Aid Kit will deliver the same captivating live experience that has seen them play some of the world’s most iconic venues and festivals, garnered them a standing ovation from Paul Simon and moved Patti Smith to tears.
